How long does shipping take 

 We take 2-5 days to process orders. Consider this time added to the shipping time.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

  • USPS FIRST CLASS: Estimated 5-7 days 
  • USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING: Estimated 3-4 Business days
  • USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING: Estimated 1-3 Business days 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Estimated Business 14-30 days
  • USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: Estimated Business 14-30 days usps express
  • USPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: Estimated 2-14 Business days

Why did I receive an email requesting verification?

To avoid fraudulent transactions our system automatically sends emails requesting verification when an order is placed using someone else’s card, or when the billing & shipping are different. Orders won’t be shipped out until we receive this information.

 

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Yes, you can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been canceled you will receive a refund within 1-3 days. 

 

My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order shows delivered and you haven’t received it please contact usps

How much does shipping cost?

To find out the shipping cost, check out all the way to the end of your purchase and you will see the shipping price. Shipping cost is based on location and weight. 

 

My package is stuck in one location?

For international orders that have not received their package and is stuck in the same location of the same town/city they live in, please pick up your package from the post office. 

*If you do not pick up the package at the post office, your package will be sent back to Amarieangels. *

Once your package is sent back to us you will be refunded for the product minus the shipping fees. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please be aware that shipping to other countries may take up to 30+ due to customs. 

*International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival to your country. Amarieangels is not responsible for, nor in control of these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office before ordering.*

 

How often do you restock? 

We try to restock our popular items as soon as they become available. Our vendors tend to sell out of popular styles and we have to wait until they restock. In some cases our vendors don’t recut items and we’re unable to restock.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?

We know how it feels to fall in love with a piece to find out it's sold out later! Don't stress; we have you covered! Sign up to receive restock notifications when an item is back in stock:

    • Select your Size 
    • Select Email When Available
    • Enter your Email Address or Phone Number
    • Click "Notify Me When Available”

 

What is your return policy?

We provide customers with store credit if merchandise is returned to us within 10 days of the customer having received it. We do NOT provide refunds or return labels, and customers are responsible for all return fees. We have an easy return portal that can be found on our return policy page.

 

I received an item and it's damaged

Although this is something that rarely occurs, in the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours, via email Amarieangels@gmail.com so our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible! Your satisfaction is important to us so we will do whatever we can to assist. Please do not send any item back that is damaged as we will not accept it without prior notification. 

 

I need help with sizing. Do you have a size chart?

Yes! we do have a size chart. It can be found below for each product on our website. 

 

Why were items in my order refunded?

If an item is not in stock for your order, we will issue a refund for that item. Refund will be issued within 1-3 days.

Gift Cards

Do You Have Gift Cards?

  • Of course, we do! The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
  • Amarie Angels E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
